The HR Excellence Awards recognize HR initiatives that move the sector forward in Belgium. Now in their 17th edition, they highlight organizations and service providers that make a measurable impact on people, culture, and the world of work.
In 2024, Ambassify was awarded first place in the category Best Employee Engagement and Reward Company. This year, we’re proud to be nominated again, this time in the category Best HR Services & Solutions Providers.
Our nomination is based on the Securex Ambassadors Program: a national employee advocacy initiative built on the Ambassify platform, showing how co-creation, authenticity, and measurable impact can shape a stronger employer brand.
The HR Excellence Awards spotlight HR initiatives and service providers that are making a real impact in Belgium.
Nominations come from HR decision-makers across the country, who highlight providers they believe truly stand out. Submitted cases are then reviewed through a structured and objective process, overseen by independent judging panels of experienced HR experts.
The winners will be announced on Tuesday 17 March 2026 during the official awards ceremony.
Ambassify was nominated for its approach to employee advocacy as a structured, measurable HR solution. Not a side project. Not just a communication tool.
The platform helps organisations turn advocacy into something that works at scale. With clear goals. Built-in enablement. And data that shows what’s actually making an impact.
After the nomination, Ambassify selected the Securex Ambassadors Program as the submitted use case. Securex operates in a highly competitive HR and payroll market, where talent is scarce, recruitment costs are rising, and traditional employer branding is losing credibility.
Instead of relying on paid campaigns or top-down messaging, Securex positioned employee advocacy as a strategic HR initiative. Built on the Ambassify platform, the program goes beyond content sharing and focuses on co-creation.
Through challenges, photo and video campaigns, and interactive storytelling, employees actively help shape Securex’s employer brand. Ambassadors don’t just share the story. They help create it.
By the end of 2025, the Securex Ambassadors Program had become Securex’s main employer branding channel.
Results are shared openly with the ambassador community on a quarterly basis. That transparency builds trust, reinforces ownership, and keeps the program moving forward.
What makes this case stand out isn’t just reach or efficiency. It’s how employee advocacy is embedded into Securex’s culture.
The Ambassador Program is treated as a shared responsibility across employees, HR, and communications. Clear OKRs, ongoing recognition, and continuous optimisation help keep the program focused and sustainable.
